Fairways at Lowry
Fairways at Lowry was acquired by Tower 16 in November of 2020. The property consists of 450 apartment units located in Aurora, CO adjacent to the Lowry master planned community. The property was originally built in 1973 and has undergone multiple renovations since its construction. Under Tower 16’s ownership, the property will undergo significant renovations including a new leasing office, clubhouse and gym, exterior paint, upgraded interior hallways and new outdoor amenity areas for tenants. Additionally, the apartment interiors will receive full renovations, bringing them to a contemporary more standard.

Sierra Vista
Tower 16 acquired Sierra Vista Apartments in November 2020 in an off-market transaction. Sierra Vista Apartments consist of 258 units and are located at 3535 N. First Avenue in Tucson, AZ. The property is just minutes away from the I-10 freeway and only ten minutes from Downtown Tucson and the University of Arizona campus. The community consists of one, two and three-bedroom apartments with a large clubhouse, gym and two swimming pools. Tower 16 will be overseeing close to $4.0 million in upgrades and renovations to the property including modernized unit upgrades, a new clubhouse, gym and updated pool areas. The company will also be adding outdoor amenities including barbeques, seating and outdoor gaming areas.
Ivilla Gardens
Ivilla Gardens was acquired by Tower 16 in February 2020 in an off-market transaction. The property is located in Phoenix, AZ and consists of 214 units constructed in 1981. Tower 16 will be implementing a significant value-add renovation to the property, including a substantial upgrade to the unit interiors. In addition, the project will receive a complete renovation to the leasing office, addition of a central outdoor amenity area for residents, exterior paint and major landscaping enhancements.

Lilly Garden Apartments is a 180-unit multifamily property located in Phoenix, AZ. The property was acquired on an off-market basis from a private owner in December 2019. The property is undergoing significant renovations and repositioning to modernize and improve the project. These upgrades will include:
